The project comprised of the construction of a new 3 storey school extension, linking to the existing buildings to provide two new teaching wings. The new build included foundations, structural frame and floors, staircases, external façades, glazing, internal partitions and internal fit out with data, mechanical and electrical installation, passenger lift and fire alarm.

Works also included the refurbishment of the existing building at the link, and remodelling the accommodation to provide improvements to access, security and useable space.
