Another project for our longstanding client, Xaverian College, was the extension of the existing Redclyffe Building delivered across two phases. The first phase was to construct a new two-storey extension to form two changing rooms and two classrooms and the second phase consisted of the construction of four classrooms, circulation space and refurbishment of the existing college.

The additional two-storey extension, which connected to the original music and sports building, was framed in a steel structural framing system and clad in a render finish with large curtain walling aluminium glazing.

Internally the new classrooms were formed from metal studding walls, new floor coverings, new suspended ceilings and associated M&E services.
