Manchester College – Harpurhey Campus

The project consisted of the extensive redevelopment of the existing College building to create two brand new training kitchens and a technical training facility, so students on culinary skills and professional cookery courses could hone their skills in industry-standard facilities. The development included mechanical and electrical works to create a new modular off site fabricated cold rooms which when installed and connected to the building provided much needed additional storage space with freezer and cold storage provision.
