J Greenwood Builders delivered a full lighting upgrade at Space Studios, Manchester, replacing existing fluorescent systems with energy-efficient LED luminaires throughout the facility.

The works covered all internal areas including studios, circulation spaces, plant rooms, offices, reception, and breakout areas, as well as external canopy lighting and associated emergency lighting systems. The upgrade significantly improves lighting quality while reducing operational demand, lowering energy consumption, and contributing to carbon reduction and long-term cost savings.
