Being delivered on behalf of Jigsaw Homes Group, the Bag Lane development comprises the design and construction of 27 new two- and three-bedroom houses, creating a high-quality residential scheme tailored to local housing needs.

The project includes the formation of a new access road and additional road infrastructure for existing residents, installation of drainage and sewer systems, and associated external works. Ground stabilisation works, including mine grouting, need to be undertaken to mitigate legacy mining risks and ensure long-term structural integrity. 

Designed to provide modern, energy-efficient homes, the scheme contributes to the delivery of sustainable and well-connected communities.
