Francis Road, Withington

The Francis Road development replaced the former Pellowe House in Withington with a three-storey building, delivering 24 one and two bedroom apartments on brownfield land. The scheme includes communal parking and a mix of hard and soft landscaping, creating an attractive environment for residents and visitors.

The development will offer 100% of the dwellings to be delivered as affordable housing, significantly in excess of the Councils 20% affordable housing policy normally expected for the site and so helping the City Council achieve its annual target for new affordable homes.
