The design and construction of a new club house for the Salford City Roosters Rugby Club. Their existing club house, on an adjacent piece of land, had long since passed its use, and with the clubs’ ambitious plans to extend the number of underage teams, the new club facilities were an instrumental part of the planned growth for the club and indeed the wider community.

Internally, the new club house consisted of a feature entrance to the building, extensive changing rooms, a large function room with a bar and kitchen for both the rugby club to use for match day events and corporate entertainment as well as provide the provision for commercial events to generate additional financial income.

Working with J. Greenwood Builders was a pleasure. The team were dedicated and committed to making sure the project and club house was a success. The service received from involvement in the early design stage right through to practical completion and beyond was first class. Their continued support and involvement of the club through sponsorship is invaluable.
