As the original contractor for the project had entered administration and was unable to complete the works, we were approached by Jigsaw Homes to assess our interest in completing the project which included the completion of the 11 number houses, in a variety of stages of completion, but predominantly our works consisted of finishing the homes, obtaining building control and planning sign off and ready to handover the properties to Jigsaw Homes.

Following our due diligence of the existing works, we entered a contract to complete the project with a detailed programme acceptable to all parties.

The recommencement of the works involved us introducing new supply chain partners to work with us alongside retaining a number of the original parties to the works as well as working with the original design team, third party organisations and statutory authorities.

I just wanted to give some positive feedback following today’s handover of the 11 houses at the above scheme.
I have to say this is one of the best handovers that I have ever attended and as you know I have done hundreds over the years, the properties were immaculate, the site was spotlessly clean and tidy, gardens finished, tarmac completed, bins delivered, everything was spot on which is a refreshing change.
All the hugs packs included a USB stick that included all the user manuals which I thought was a great idea.
The site manager is excellent and would appreciate if you can feed this back, I would highly recommend using these developers again.
