Fairfield Road - Droylsden

The completion of the project following the administration of the original constructor. The works to the 26 houses and 36 apartments involved remedial masonry and reinforcement repair works to the external structure, fire remedial works, internal finishes inclusive of joinery, floor, wall and ceiling finishes to all properties, mechanical and electrical works including testing and commissioning and final preparation for handover.

Externally the works including completion of all the external works inclusive of piling and foundations to new brick boundary walls, validation of all external soft landscape gardens, new garden space divisional and perimeter fencing, external furniture and a combination of hard and soft landscaping with a surface car park finished in tarmac.
