The project consisted of the external enhancement to the building façade which had become dated and in need of some significant repair and modernisation.
Thermal improvement works was made to the existing concrete panel structure by way of new aluminium cladding, together with the introduction of brick slips at the lower level.

A steel framed carrier systems was design and installed to carry both cladding systems with a new insulation incorporated into both design solutions.
To complete the elevation treatments, new aluminium windows were installed within the new cladding system and brise soleil screening to prevent glare to the internal teaching space.
