The project is the first for our new client, Hive Homes. Their drive to provide family housing at entry level market prices targets a specific market sector within which we have a strong knowledge.
The scheme was tendered as a design and build scheme for twenty-eight number two and three-bedroom homes in the Breightmet area of Bolton. The homes are a combination of detached, semi-detached and mews and all available for market sale.

Each of the homes will have a private garden and individual car parking (including an electric vehicle charging point) and internally a contemporary specification. The homes will also be energy efficient, with enhanced thermal and energy requirements
