J Greenwood Builders is delivering a multi-phase project for The LTE Group, including the construction of a new engineering workshop and associated external works.

The new steel-framed building provides modern teaching facilities, comprising three large workshops, ancillary rooms, and a mezzanine level with additional classrooms. Finished with composite metal cladding and fair-faced blockwork internally, the space is designed for durability and functionality.

The building is serviced by air source heat pumps, overhead heating panels, general ventilation, and a specialist dust extraction system. External works included new drainage and the creation of additional car parking, including the redevelopment of an existing waste recycling area.
