The works for this cutting edge scheme comprised of constructing a new school on the existing playing fields, whilst the original school remained in operation, then we decanted the existing school into the new and demolished the old school during the summer holidays, completing external landscaping and the formation of a new playground.

The building was a Glulam timber frame building with brickwork, curtain walling, ribbon windows, energy efficient windows, flooring, joinery and decoration. It involved complex mechanical & electrical works and included innovative eco-friendly items, such as rainwater harvesting.
