This project for Rainbow Trust, comprised of the demolition of the existing office accommodation to allow for the construction of a new seven bedroom, two storey hospice attached to the retained section of the existing buildings, along with multi-user accommodation.

In addition there was the construction of a two storey building for the fundraising activities incorporating offices, meeting room, accounts office, toilets, kitchenette, stairs and lift. A new service road was constructed off Parrswood Road and extended vehicle parking provided to the hospice site.
