The Regent Street development in Moulton comprises the construction of 19 new affordable one- and two-bedroom bungalows for Jigsaw Homes Group, together with associated access roads, car parking, footways, drainage, street lighting and hard and soft landscaping. 

The development is located on the former garage site to the rear of Regent Street and has been delivered in partnership with Jigsaw Homes, Moulton Parish Council and Cheshire West and Chester Council. The scheme also provides additional community parking and improvements to the existing highway infrastructure.
