As part of our long history of regeneration works undertaken in partnership with Rochdale Borough Housing, this latest project included the external chemical cleaning and gutter cleaning and repair works to the occupied 15 number residential apartment blocks in the Falinge area of Rochdale.

As part of the external building enhancement works, significant sections of repairs to the existing concrete external walls were undertaken.
The key challenge for our project team was to ensure all high levels works from access scaffold or mechanical plant were undertaken in safe and controlled manner to ensure minimum disruption to the home owners and indeed members of the public, who were safely segregated away from the works zones at all times.
