Omnia, Stretford

The Omnia development is a key part of Stretford’s ongoing regeneration, supporting the vision set out in the Stretford Masterplan. Delivered on behalf of Trafford Developments, the scheme will provide a vibrant new residential community comprising a mix of apartments and house types.

In total, the development includes 52 high-quality homes: six two-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom terraces, 24 three-bedroom townhouses, and 12 four-bedroom townhouses, with approximately 25% designated as affordable housing, helping to create an inclusive and sustainable neighbourhood. J Greenwood Builders commenced works on site early 2026.
