The Lacy Street development is a key part of Stretford’s ongoing regeneration, supporting the vision set out in the Stretford Masterplan. Delivered on behalf of Trafford Developments, the scheme will provide a vibrant new residential community comprising a mix of apartments, terraces, and townhouses.

In total, the development includes 53 high-quality homes, with 25% designated as affordable housing, helping to create an inclusive and sustainable neighbourhood. J Greenwood Builders commenced works on site in early 2026.
