Cross Road, Chorlton

The design and construction of 29 one- and two-bedroom apartments over 4 floors on the car park of the former Irish Club in Chorlton.

The main building is designed to be in keeping with the surrounding residential properties, therefore a traditional facing brick structure with a combination of windows, curtain walling and balconies to break up the mass of the structure.

The top floor of the building provides a lighter feel, with a steel frame and cladding structure providing a modern feel.

Externally the surface car park provides private parking for the property owners with multiple EV charging points. The external hard and soft landscaping materials provides a mix of materials to compliment the building structure and character of the adjacent public park and residential surroundings.
