Alderford Parade, Cheetham Hill

The Alderford Parade development delivers 70 high-quality, EPC A-rated homes across a series of linked brownfield and infill sites in Cheetham Hill, transforming underutilised land into a vibrant and energy-efficient residential community.

The scheme comprises a well-balanced mix of houses and apartments, designed to meet a range of local housing needs. Works included full site preparation, new build construction, and the installation of comprehensive external works and drainage infrastructure to support the development.

Delivered as part of Manchester City Council’s P500 programme, the project benefited from publicly supported land initiatives, alongside funding contributions from Homes England and brownfield regeneration funding. The development plays an important role in bringing forward sustainable housing and regenerating previously developed land, contributing to the creation of well-connected neighbourhoods.
