We have worked in partnership with Rochdale MBC to regenerate the Wardleworth and Hammer Renewal Areas. To date we have refurbished over 700 properties. A usual scheme will involve re-roofing, new fascias and rainwater goods, repointing, cleaning and brickwork repairs, new windows and doors, redecoration and external works, including new garden walls.
